8-Week Anxiety & Wellbeing Course
This course is free to attend, but booking is essential as places are limited!
Welcome
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. It can leave us feeling stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking, self-doubt, or constant tension. The good news is that anxiety is not a sign that something is wrong with you—it is a natural response from a nervous system that is trying to protect you.
This free eight-week course is designed to help you understand anxiety, learn why it happens, and develop practical skills to manage it more effectively. Together, we'll explore how anxiety affects the mind and body, discover ways to respond with greater calm and self-compassion, and build a personalised toolkit that you can continue to use long after the course has finished.
The course is welcoming, informal, and supportive. There is no pressure to speak if you don't want to, and you are free to take part at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
