Working with me
I believe you already hold the answers within you. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner voice so you can find your own way forward. I’m here to support a deeper understanding of yourself and gently guide you through the parts that feel confusing, hidden, or overwhelming.
My training includes CBT, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, mindfulness-based therapy, creative therapy, and energy-based practices such as Reiki. I’m also drawn to holistic forms of healing—yoga, somatic practices, nature-based connection, the support of animals, and exploring how nutrition and movement influence the nervous system.
I work through a trauma-informed lens, grounded in postgraduate training, self-directed study, lived experience, and ongoing professional development. My focus includes trauma, attachment, nervous system regulation, and the long-term effects of childhood emotional neglect and narcissistic family systems. By exploring these roots, we can bring more awareness, compassion, and choice to the present, freeing ourselves from patterns that once held us in place.

If you feel drawn to work with me, please get in touch via text or email, sharing a little about your circumstances and what you hope to gain from therapy. If I believe I can support you, I’ll offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can explore whether we’re a good fit. Sometimes I may feel that another therapist would be more appropriate—and you may feel the same. This process is always mutual, respectful, and centred on your healing.
If we decide to continue, we’ll meet online for 50-minute sessions, either weekly or biweekly. Once payment is received, I’ll send a secure link for your video call and guide you through everything you need to know.
I only take clients online. Online therapy is currently £60 per session.
