Working with me
I believe you already hold the answers within you. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner voice so you can find your own way forward. I’m here to support a deeper understanding of yourself and gently guide you back to your own inner support system.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychotherapy techniques including CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. I also have a keen interest in mindfulness and holistic methods such as yoga, somatic work, and nature-based connection.
My focus is on understanding how you came to be the way you are now, and what might be blocking you from becoming who you want to be. This involves gently exploring your past to see what has shaped you, while also staying grounded in the present to understand what stops you from regulating and supporting yourself now. Together, we will look closely at what comes up for you in this moment, identify the patterns that hold you back, and work toward breaking free so you can move forward in the way you want to live.


If you feel drawn to work with me, please get in touch via email, sharing a little about your circumstances and what you hope to gain from therapy. If I believe I can support you, I’ll offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can explore whether we’re a good fit. Sometimes I may feel that another therapist would be more appropriate—and you may feel the same. This process is always mutual, respectful, and centred on your healing.
If we decide to continue, we’ll meet online for 50-minute sessions, which can be either weekly, biweekly, monthly or as often as you want. Once payment is received, I’ll send a secure link for your video call and guide you through everything you need to know.
I only take clients online. Online therapy is currently £60 per session. Please contact me about concessions if you're in receipt of benefits.
